www.tGossip.com (the "Site") is owned by tGossip, LLC ("tGossip" or "we"). The Site, which is hosted in the United States, is an online entertainment and gossip website, that has links to third-party websites as well as content and comments posted by teenage editors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share your personally identifiable information (PII), which may include your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number, when you visit our Site.
The Site is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.
We may revise this Privacy Policy due to changes in our PII collection and use practices or applicable changes in the law. COLLECTION OF PII AND NON-PII BY TGOSSIP
We collect PII when you register to post comments or to be an editor on our Site . We may also collect PII from you if you sign up to receive our newsletter, contact us with questions or concerns, or participate in our contests, sweepstakes or other Site activities. The PII required for registration is first and last name, and email address. You must also select a unique, non-personally identifiable user ID, and password. Registrants will also be required to provide date of birth and gender.
In addition, we collect other non-PII including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the Site, track usage, and for security and monitoring purposes.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, tGossip will not use the PII you provide to us for purposes different from the purpose for which it was submitted, or share your PII with third parties that are not affiliated with the Site, without your permission.
TGOSSIP'S USE OF PII
tGossip will use the PII you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you have consented to receive newsletters or other materials or communications from tGossip, we may use your email address to send you notifications related to the Site. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from the Site you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each promotional email.
tGossip's employees, agents and contractors must have a legitimate business reason to obtain access to your PII. tGossip may share your PII with outside contractors or agents who help us manage our information activities (i.e., comment board administration, statistical analyses, data processing, provision of email services).
